Can SCM support sustainability reporting?

Yes. Scope 3 emissions per shipment, packaging optimisation, circular-return workflows, and supplier ESG scorecards can be captured inside modern SCM platforms and fed into sustainability disclosures.

Do you only deploy from scratch, or can you fix what we already have?

Both. Most of our engagements start with an audit of the existing stack — rulebases, policies, coverage, integrations, backups — and a fixed-scope remediation sprint against the findings. We only recommend replacement when the current tooling genuinely can't get you where you need to be.

What happens after go-live — do you support and maintain what you deploy?

Yes. Implementations can be wrapped with a Jiva Technologies AMC covering L1/L2/L3 support with agreed response tiers, preventive maintenance, firmware and policy hygiene, vendor-TAC escalation, licence renewal, and periodic architecture reviews.
