What happens after go-live — do you support and maintain what you deploy?

Yes. Implementations can be wrapped with a Jiva Technologies AMC covering L1/L2/L3 support with agreed response tiers, preventive maintenance, firmware and policy hygiene, vendor-TAC escalation, licence renewal, and periodic architecture reviews. Ongoing monitoring, detection, and response can be extended under a separately contracted Managed Security engagement scoped to the customer's coverage requirements.
