    Rack-inlet, mid-rack, and exhaust sensors with aisle-level psychrometry, ASHRAE-envelope alerting, and long-term trend logs for compliance and design evidence.

  2. Water-Leak Detection

    Spot and rope leak sensors beneath raised floors, around CRAH units, chilled-water headers, and overhead piping with zoned alerting for rapid isolation.

  3. Smoke & VESDA Aspiration

    Very Early Warning Aspirating Smoke Detection (VESDA), spot smoke sensors, and integration with the fire panel for pre-alarm response inside the white space.

  4. Door & Rack Access Sensors
