What we deliver

  1. Tier II / III / IV Alignment

    Design to Uptime Institute Tier II, III, and IV concurrent maintainability and fault-tolerance requirements alongside TIA-942, EN 50600, and local compliance.

  2. Hot / Cold Aisle Containment

    Full or partial hot and cold aisle containment, chimney cabinets, and airflow management to reduce mixing and improve cooling effectiveness.

  3. Power Distribution Design

    Medium and low voltage distribution, static and rotary UPS sizing, generator plant, ATS strategy, N+1 and 2N redundancy, and IEC / NEC-compliant switchgear layout.

  4. Precision Cooling Design

    CRAC / CRAH, in-row cooling, rear-door heat exchangers, adiabatic and free-cooling economisers, and liquid or immersion cooling for high-density racks.

  5. Structured Cabling & MDA / IDA

    MDA, IDA, HDA, and ZDA design to TIA-942, fibre and copper backbones, patch-panel strategy, and future-proof pathway design for high-speed uplinks.

  6. Physical Security & Access

    Multi-layer access design, mantrap airlocks, biometric readers, cabinet-level locks, CCTV coverage, and secure visitor workflow integrated with the access control system.

  7. Green IT & Sustainability

    Free cooling, waste-heat recovery, renewable and Power Purchase Agreement supply, low-GWP refrigerants, and target-PUE design engineered from concept.

  8. Commissioning & Handover

    Level 1 to 5 commissioning, Integrated System Testing (IST), load-bank testing, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and operator training at project closeout.
